Drying Hardwood Floors

As the before picture shows this condo suffered water damage that left standing water on their hard wood floors.  Our team began by taking the area rug out and bringing it back to our warehouse to be properly cleaned.  Next the standing water was removed and drying equipment was placed.  As the after picture shows we tented the hardwood floor so that the flooring could be saved.  Not only does tenting the floor help keep the hard wood from buckling but also allows us to dry the subfloor at the same time.  Once the floor is complete we returned the rug to the customer and know one would ever know they had a water loss.
