Water losses can often happen suddenly and at any time of the day. Recently we were called out to a retail space at 1 AM. The cause of loss was the washing machine supply line bursts and flooded most of the 1st floor. Since we provide 24/7 service our technicians responded quickly. The water had been cut off, but the damage was already done. Now, it was our turn to make it “Like it never even happened.” Our technicians extracted the water and set drying equipment. They monitored the drying process daily and communicated with the clients on the progress. The process took about 3 days and business is back to normal.
