Jason Myers and other technicians came out last night after hours. They were very professional. I know they are tired due to the flooding we have had, yet they never showed it. They were polite and very positive.

During a thunderstorm we had a big tree hit our house with hugh amounts of rainwater pouring in until we got tarps covering it several hours later—of course this only happens on a weekend night. I called SERVPRO. Their crew was out here fast, and took charge. Moving contents, bringing boxes, ripping out water soaked sheetrock and insulation, etc. then they set up hot air blowers and dehumidifiers. They dried out my house and saved us from all that mildew and mold. Finally, their crew is knowledgeable, friendly, and treat your house and possessions as if it was their place. They saved us from a lot of potential problems.

You guys were amazing! Highly recommend!

I had a water leak go unnoticed inside my house for a couple of days, and I called SERVPRO as soon as I noticed dampness and an odor. SERVPRO was prompt and informative. All of the employees were kind and gave a status report after each site visit. The equipment dried out the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation. I would highly recommend them in the Oxford area!

We received a call that pipes had burst at our home in Oxford and water was everywhere.  Because we were three hours away, we had to rely on neighbors and SERVPRO. Within an hour of the time we alerted SERVPRO they were at my house taking control of the situation.  They worked tirelessly until the wee hours of the morning to clean up the massive water damage in all three floors of our home.  The next da,y I found those same professionals working again at my house and assuring me that all would be ok.  We no doubt had the "A" team on our side! I never saw SERVPRO team members stop working to salvage and dry out our house.  The care they took was above and beyond.  Also, each person I came into contact with seemed to genuinely care about our loss and wanted to do whatever it took to make it better.  We want you to know how much that meant and how appreciated you are!  What a tremendous team you have!!!
